Its no way big enough for four orandas, regardless of what they show on the box
Here's a yahoo search for Orandas, you will see the size range given (the conservative sites say 6-8 inches) and reccomended tank size (30 gallons...approximately 4 times what you have in the bioorb and that is for one fish) http://search.yahoo.com/search?p=or...-t-471&toggle=1&cop=mss&ei=UTF-8&vc=&fp_ip=IE
The bioorb : facts : applied to intended stocking of four Orandas
a)does not have sufficient surface area to allow for adequate oxygenation,
b)has no floor area to create shelters/hiding spaces,
c)will be a nightmare to keep clean because of its shape
d) does not permit of adequate filtration for those fish including biological filtration and in consequence those fish will suffer ammonia & nitrite poisoning
e) is too cramped for those fish to develop normally, and
f) will cause your four orandas, regardless of your good intentions, to live short, unhappy lives and will cause you to regret putting them in it.
Please don't stock that bowl with those 4 fish, or even one of them.
btw, I am not the overstocking police but the intention to put 4 orandas in that thing is not responsible.
