sooo i got my parrot cichlid two days ago..and he tried to eat my keyholes! so i got a new 25 gallon tank. so my question is what should i put with them?!?! i was thinking swordtail, platy, molly, guppy? i want a nice calm quiet tank compared to my agressive cichlid tank! thanks guys. :dance2:

Add Nothing and dont put the Keyholes in there either. 1 keyhole might make it in the 25 but not comfortably. They get to 7 inches and would eat any sort of smaller tetra or live bearer that you put in with them.
I know this is off of what you asked but you should do a little research on the inhabitants of your 20 gallon as well.

keyholes only get to about 4" in captivity and they are a pretty docile/peaceful fish..unless they are protecting their rock pile..yes they gather rocks and protect the pile..cute lil buggers

I have 3 of them and not the most colorful but they are hardy and make good aquarium community fish. b
but you should really put them in a larger tank more like a 30-40 (lean more towards a 40)

btw, they are night hunters and pack hunt smaller fish. tetras would not be safe in the tank
