i got a 10g tank with a small red crab, 2 starfire glo fish and 2 sword plants, and 2 rocks for decoration. but im plannin to get 2 more starfires and maybe 3-4 corys when im done with my cycle. is this overstocking?

4 glo-fish and 3-4 cories would not be overstocking, especially if you choose a small cory species like a panda. however, there would be problems with the crab nipping the cories' fins or worse, and the crab itself would be better suited to a tank with a bit of land where it can come out of the water. most of them need to breathe air, and will eventually die after a few weeks of being completely submerged.

yeaaa i noticed my red crap nips at anything...! he even takes the lower leaves of my plants and eats them. btw i was plannin to get either sterbais or pandas but they dont have sterbais around my area.

Those swords will quite possibly outgrow your tank, but that's not something that (if nothing else) tossing or selling and replacing can't solve. I don't think too many people will get upset about the morality of tossing a plant out when it outgrows its tank.

whoa man... i dont know what you've been eating, but you should get that checked out!

since you want to keep the crab, i would just go to walmart or a pet store and buy one of those little plastic critter cages or a 10g tank. you don't need lights. put a bunch of rocks or wood in there, and only enough water so that the crab can crawl up out of the water when it wants to.
