Noto has some good advice for a setup. The fish he is talking about all stay relatively small, somewhere around 2in or smaller if I am not mistaken(I am not intimately familiar with them though). I would caution you to be sure to use some thick pieces of wood for the frogs. I would also consider getting some cork bark and using aquarium safe sealant to stick it to the glass at the water line. This would be used for at least one way for the frogs to get out of the water, cover for the fish, and you could even put some java moss on it.
 
uhhm do you know of turtle docks. i was going to put several of those in for them to get out on. i plan on having some aquatic plants and i need to get some java moss too. so about 3-4 of each kind of frog. i will look for hitchhikers, and plan on getting some white clouds and endlers
 
Turtle docks are not necessary; just be sure some of the climbing branches extend down into the water. The frogs will probably not spend much time swimming. They really prefer to be up on the branches.

All the hitchhikers I mentioned are pretty small; like Cali said, they are generally under 2". White clouds and darters need an unheated tank, but for endlers or guppies you would probably want to heat the water a bit. The hitchhiker killis should do fine in either setup. So, decide now if you want to have a heater, and then stock accordingly.
