Noto has some good advice for a setup. The fish he is talking about all stay relatively small, somewhere around 2in or smaller if I am not mistaken(I am not intimately familiar with them though). I would caution you to be sure to use some thick pieces of wood for the frogs. I would also consider getting some cork bark and using aquarium safe sealant to stick it to the glass at the water line. This would be used for at least one way for the frogs to get out of the water, cover for the fish, and you could even put some java moss on it.
