test kit question

I just did my first test tonight with the API master test kit. Should I try to mark the test tubes so the same tube is always used for the same test?

I would try to use the same test tube for the same test. It shouldn't affect results greatly, but I'd rather do that to be on the safe side.

I dont keep track of which tube i use for which test... I just rinse them out pretty good. It doesn't seem to affect the tests, to me.

Also, I've noticed the API ammonia tests leaving behind some yellow stuff that stays on the test tube. Doesn't really seem to affect the results or anything though.
