Well, when I Googled it, the first hit said "Tetra stopped making these a while ago" so I'm guessing that's why you can't find them. Hydro sponge filters are really good and some people swear by LMS sponge filters:

I myself just use the super cheap ones from Hong Kong on eBay. Google xy sponge filters and you'll see what I mean (all the model #s start with xy). It takes about 2-3 weeks to arrive, but they work great and can't beat the price.

What you need then is a sponge filter made with reticulated foam. Google hydro sponge pro for starters :) Although I believe the LMS sponge filters are also made with reticulated foam.

Marina makes a sponge filter that uses sponges that are very similar if not identical to the old Brilliants.

Just get yourself a hydrosponge; they're a better design, easily available, and probably a better price too.

yeah these are the ones I'm using now but I think they use different sponges because it clogs up faster.
Using these as well. I have the full sheets.

I'm also using these.

I think I'm just looking for the old Brilliants because someone I knew used to use these for the longest time and he recommended it.
