Tetra CichlidVital and trace elements

I'm curious about your thoughts regarding an additive for the water.

It claims to replenish vitamines and iodine that may be lacking in tap water. It contains B2,B6,B12, nicotinic amide, panthenol, Biotin and iodine.

I assume a good diet really is enough....but would love to hear your thoughts. ???


In addition does anyone add sea salt, epsom salt, etc. to add trace elements?

This is for my Festae and Dempsey tanks.

i have been wondering about that cichlidvital for awhile and have not yet splurged on it. i currently add salt into my 55g with my blue acaras. but it is such a little amount of salt i doubt it does anything.
