Ok, a pond question, but not fish related...

Finally, I have a waterlily bud!!! The lily is a Tetragona dwarf waterlily, supposed to be max. 1'-2' spread, with quarter sized blooms. My tetragona has 6" or larger pads, and a spread of over three feet, and growing. The bud reaching for the surface is pretty large, too...

Anyone else have one in the pond? Would you post a pic for me, please? It is so hard to tell size with nothing for reference in the catalog pics, and I can't tell for sure WHAT I actually have, so I don't want to call the company and complain just yet.

Thanks,
Jen

E-mailed the lily place for more info...and actually got a personal phone call from one of the nurserymen, who answered all my questions and told me if, when it blooms, it is not what I ordered, I make keep it and he will send me another, free!! I was very impressed!

Is there any way to delete this thread, as it isn't necessary anymore?

Jen

LOL. Threads are forever. But what company did you use? Their customer service sounds like it's excellent, given your experience. I'm sure other AC members would love to have the opportunity to do business with this company.

Can't beat the service....

I have a dwarf pink lily, but the blooms are 2-3" not quarter sized. Can't wait to see pics. of that little bud.
