Tetra's $1 at Petsmart starting Feb 22

I've gone into my local petsmart 3 times looking for $1.00 cardinals. First time they only had one the other 2 times Ive gone back they didnt have any.(checked on the day they get there order)
They tell me that when they do get them Its only like 6 at a time.
Why have a sale if you wont stock stuff?

It may just be my local petsmart but they really have sick fish. I have like a 50% death rate when I get fish from them. I had 8 cardinals that have been alive for a long time. I bought 10 from petsmart, next morning all 10 were dead. Thank god I got my $10 back. My 8 are still alive and happy. My local petsmart definitely sucks.
I'm gonna go check that out in Gilroy tomorrow. I find that the Petsmart near me is a lot better then both the Petcos nearby. I guess it's a hit and miss depending on who they've got in their fish dept.
By their own admission, my local Petsmart said the Cardinals often arrive at the store in terrible condition. I took a chance last week buying 12 of them. One remains alive. There goes the bargain.
Cardinals don't seem to ship well. The store in my area has a similar problem with them arriving poorly. I bought ones that had been there for a few weeks, so they're doing well so far. Even the squirt.
I wish I hadn't been lazy the first day of the sale and had gone to the other stores. I doubt that there will be anymore cardinals before the end of the sale.

Mine has never carried cardinals but they are during this sale. The fish lady said they're expecting a new shipment today, so I'm going to go see if they have any.
