Tetras are not doing well, please help...

By the way, when I said that all the levels were "fine" I meant zero for the nitrogen based contaminates.
 
Don't leave uneaten food in the tank (will create amonia) give them time to come around. It might take a few days. Hopefully, they weren't too severely affected. But it sounds good.

And as mentioned above, don't forget to add a dechlorinator to your change water, either directly to the change water, as I do, or to the tank.

Next fish I get will be named Swimfins. Unless the tetras still die, in which case I'll curse your name forever. :)
