Hey
What are the best tetras that you can keep as shoaling fish with angels? Ie. not fin-nippers / not highly edible ? :dance2:
Thanks

Rummynose would be good. I use black neons just for something different, I haven't had any problems with them yet either way.

I have Black Skirt and Buenos Aires Tet's with my Angels.

All good in fishie land until the Angels spawn; the they get a hate on for the BA Tet's...

I have just moved a pair of angels in to a tank with black neons..so far no real interest in the black neons..

spawning angels may take a battle line with any fish in the tank.

but generally larger tetras should be fine with the exception of an occassional nip.

I have black skirt tetras, silver tipped tetras, rummy nose, lemon, glowlight, buenos aires, purple emperor, and blood fin tetras with my angels..they are all fine. I do have a school of cherry barbs as well that do fine..
