I've never been to one of these things before so could someone give me a brief description of how they work (ie. scheduling and such). I'm probably going to be driven there by friends who aren't quite as enthralled by fish as I am, so I probably won't be able to stay too long - is there a particular day or time of day that I should aim for or is it all pretty much the same?
