They are a decent store. Been there, and also order from there all the time. Since I'm within 3 hours, my stuff always comes next day.
My sister lives in lancaster.It's about a 2 and a half hour ride for me..Im hoping petsmart price matches It's a new store opened the 17th ..I will find out when i go there prolly weds..
I know they will match their own online prices, not sure about other stores. I don't think we did it at my Petsmart before I quit. I can ask my buddy though when he comes around, he still works there as a cashier. They might match Petco prices, and other local stores. I know the prices online for TFP/TPP are sometimes different than their in store prices. I get their catalogs as well, which give you a coupon to use to get the same prices in the store for certain items.
Theres been mixed Ideas on what they do on here..Someone just said they took a printout of Bigals online for a rena xp3 for 89.99 and he said they matched it..In the store he said they were priced around 200.00 I believe he said.
He said they will match. I know I got crap from one when I brought an ad in for their own online prices (Petsmart that is), had to get a manager to convince. I wanted my salt for a lot of money off.
