Awesome VF, its been a while since I've been camping and now I really want to go again. Maybe at some point I can get out there with you guys for a long weekend or something.

Wow the scenery is stunning and how close did you get to that snake?

I got about 10 feet from the Rattler before it retreated into the rocks. A few minutes after we left the snake, it was back out sunning on the rocks. Here's quick vid of it rattling.

Awesome shots! Glad you had a great (although wet) time! I was really wishing I was there instead of at work today.....that is until I saw that snake shot! I am soooooooooooooo afraid of snakes!
