I just use air hose and an air valve. If you have a foot or so submerged you get enough water to start the siphon. Fill above the valve, lift, then it's running. Nice to see invention always continues though.

Yeah well, I didn't expect to win any prizes from it.
I got the syringe idea when I was drip testing with the coat hanger. A very tiny light bulb flashed above my head and this device came into being shortly after.:idea:
I have used it twice since I made it. I can honestly say that it really is a little bit more convenient for me, and I generally go for anything that makes life easier.
And yes, invention will always continue.
