I don't know why this hasn't been started before, or why it doesn't have its own board even. But, with the recent passing of me and MsPuff's Tweedle Dee I think it is a great thing to start. Maybe it should even be sticky'd.

I think it will be a great way for us all to deal with tough decisions of having to euthanize a pet, when a pet we have had for a long time passes naturally, or any other passings that we encounter.

RIP Tweedle Dee

He's not a fish!

Poor guy. I love pigs and know how intelligent they are, I am really sorry for your loss :(.

RIP Goldfish. Here is a picture of them from a looong while back. They got eaten by raccoons:

haha, the pig was an error in uploading, we got a good laugh out of it before it was removed, the picture of Tweedle Dee was right next to a picture of a pig from out visit to the zoo last week.

i miss my chinese water dragon :tombstone: :(. uv, correct dusting, varied diet, 20 gallons of water. i dont know what happend.

sorry to hear about those
i miss my weather loach( i dont name fish its bad luck for me)
it was the second fish i ever got seven years back and even lived through a house fire and being left in the black fire water for two weeks
he was cool because he was completely yellow but as he grew he started to get some brown coming through
anyway i got a powder blue gourami and he went right after my weather loach and he actually attack him so much that his ribs were exposed and he almost made it through as his skin actually grew back as the hole was dime size
then just as he was healed up one of my plecos was grazing and took another chunk of skin off his head
he got pop eye from it and then he almost beat that but i went away and the person who cared for them did not do water changes and he ended up passing

Lost both my fidler crabs during a move last week. They sat in the hot truck too long as we waited to move-in.

This is a nice touch on this board. Isn't it amazing how even small lives that don't cuddle with us, still have a bond.

Some of you might remember my Gourami. (Gourami was his name. Oh, and Fatty.)

It's been about six months now, and I don't suppose I'll be getting another one after him. He went on me in a matter of hours, I don't know why. I buried him in my mom's garden. It's too sad, he was such a funny fish, so now I just keep him in my photos and memories, and a little bit enjoy the fact that I can now go a week between changes isntead of every other day (because he was quite the pooer.) But he was lovely. I had him over a year and some don't get their dwarves that long. :/

i had a fiddle crab that would crawl up my finger. she didnt last long, for some reason, but it was like she knew that i was going to hurt her
