the guys on Tanked really outdid themselves

They built a tank for this 8 year old kid who loved to watch TV and sharks, so they made him an 8 gallon tank out of an old TV which freshwater sharks inside. They included a bala shark, a red tailed shark, two albino sharks, an irridecent shark, and I think a catfish that looked like a shark, and 2 guppies. I'm sorry, but that's the worst stocking I've ever seen on that show. I know it's only for entertainment, but they could have at least taught the little kid something.

yep, but people buy rainbow and bala sharks every day and put them in bowls or 5g tanks. They usually die before they outgrow the tank too much.

That filter looked like a little tetra internal filter that will probably never get the media changed.

Well I was told by tanked that once the kid fisj outgrows the tank that he can trade back with tanked......

The magic tank wasnt much better. I have one if those swamp eels. They aren't scavengers at all. They prefer their food live and healthy. Cichlids work with them because of body shape. Anything long bodied is screwed. Doesn't matter how aggressive the other fish is.
