The Ideal Aquarium, Your Choice.

Your missing out on this one then...walk into almost any fish shop here in the UK and juwel aquariums just stare you in the face...but I never tire of seeing them. I unfortunately dont have one at the moment, I would have got one but I couldnt get hold of the one I wanted without having to order it, so I went for another set up instead. But if you ever do get the chance of getting hold of a jewel, then get it. You will certainly not regret it.

the heater is in with the filter and it cost £530 . I had the same thing 5 ft space but went with the 4 ft tank. the jewel 5 ft holds 400lts of water which would have been massive especially on the water meter . I am really pleased with the tank makes no noise at all .

Did you buy your tank from the LFS or order it online £530 seems a little expensive for the 260.

Hi I got it from Lfs not much difference between any of the locally
But its worth every penny , got good discounts on tank decor .
How much is one where you are? (Vision 260 4ft with bow front)

You should get a 5 gallon tank with fake plants, a mix of pink and blue epoxy gravel and one goldfish. Or maybe you could get a 400 gallon Tenecor reef-ready tank with metal halaide lights, live sand, live rock from Fiji, corals, inverts and keep lionfish.
:p

Go rummage round some of the "Members Aquarium specs" forum and see what you like and don't like. You can model your aquarium around the tanks that look good to you. Don't miss 80gJoe's tanks.

Good luck
