Hello guys, just curious what you feed your fish and i want to know what you think of my fish's diets
i have gouramis, cories, angels etc and i feed them
flake food, hikari freeze dried brine shrimp, hikari freeze dried blood worms, for my bottom feeders i give em' hikari algae wafers , sinking crumbles pellets , also i occasionally feed spirulina algae flake food, n new life mini pellets pellets
i'm thinking of getting some daphnia by hikari i really can't say enough about hikari products they are great the fish gobble anything i put in by them -
i like to mix up their foods - sometimes i put a few different types at once - other times i give em something new everyday
recently i just discovered the joy of feeding bloodworms! the fish go nuts for em'
i like the bloodworms it's fun to see em eat these!!!
i like giving em' new foods because i used to only feed flak foods them i thought about it n i woul get sick of eating chicken everyday so i figure hey they shoul have variety

i fead em tropical color enhancing flakes ,cichlid color enhancing flakes(for the rams), brine shrimp, plankton, algae wafers, and the soft middles of cucumbers

ur fish must love you for that big a diet:D :p

i hope so!!!

it's sort of new i just got sick of feeding them flakes - plus its more fun this way!!!
i'm still trying to establis a feedinf routine as to what i feed on what days etc but i suppose it doesnt matter as long as their getting well fed -
unless someone has some other info that might suggest otherwise?

Have you tried freeze-dried Tubifex Worms?

no

cause they look gross n i dont really wanna touch em'
lol this comin from a guy who goes fishing n baits everything n sticks his hand down a fish's mouth to get a hook out!!! hahaha

I feed mostly Hikari Micomini, Fancy Guppy, algae wafers, sinking wafers, and various freeze-dried and frozen; OSI brine shrimp flakes, frozen, and algea wafers; HBH shrimp pellets and marine soft and moist; Aquaselect Mini Food Sticks; and live microworms, daphnia, bbs, greenwater, earthworms, and fruit flies.
