I would have to vote for the Oscar and the labidochromis caeruleus. My grandmother had 2 oscars. One poked the eye out of the other oscar. And when my daughter goes up to the tank one of the oscar attacks the glass where my daughter is. It's as if it wants to eat her face off. As for my labidochromis caeruleus, they've killed a betta I had, some guppies I had, they try and eat the dorsal fins off of my moonlight gourami, they are always fighting with my pleco, and they all alway fighting with each other. I also have some long tank tongs that I use when I need to put a plant or new decoration in. Well, when I put it in the tank the labidochromis start attacking it.
A good sized JD>>>even 2x larger Oscars any day of the week.
There are others with even more attitude (Demosani, Dovii, Texas & Jewel are not far off...).

I suspect I'd last a lot longer around a couple of GWs than their somewhat smaller cousin, Bull Sharks (who will go into shallower water & up river a mile to feed).
Come on people Dovii(wolf cichlid) takes the cake, they can get 30" and will attack anything in the tank. They're are mean as can be
I only voted for the labidos and oscars because those are the only ones I have experienced, but I'm sure there are some out there way more aggresive.
Yeah the Dovii gets huge, and is mean. The only fish i have seen a Dovii not kill is a fully grown Jaguar Cichlid. Otherwise my uncle had a Dovii that killed his 3 oscars, 4 catfish, and his jack dempsey.
