the most aggeresive fish

how do u have 3 Dovii? you keep them in 1 tank? i thought dovii need at least 600 gallon when with other fish and even then they can still kill it. tell me more about dovii maintenance and stocking. tank size

dovii. i saw one at the fish place and he was like a foot long. amn, what a nasty sob. he was actually charging the glass when ever i came too close. i liked him then and there, too bad i dont have a big enough tank for him...

I have a dovii,Ive never seen anything like him.He"s just a 6 inch long homicidle maniac,but from what Ive red,the umbriferum is the nasty cichlid to get ,big too!

guys, keep in mind that some of the fish in this thread aren't neccisarrily agressive just because they can eat anything that fits in their mouth. in fact, most fish will eat any fish that can fit in their mouth. a fish eating another fish is feeding, not aggression, although sometimes aggression can lead to eating

saw one kill a net.
that's right. a net.
he had just injured a tank mate and his owner was trying to remove the injured fish ASAP, and the darn thing attacked the net.. tore it to shreds.

it was like those crazy swarming pirhanas in the movies... but it was just one fish.

N. haitiensis are much more aggressive than dovii. They can't even be kept in pairs, dovii can.
