The nerites are coming, oh wait they are finally HERE!!!

I dont think a betta could munch a nerite. They are voracious algae eaters which can be challenging to supplement. i would only recommend them for a well-established tank that has some algae. Nerite snails do not have the visible face that the apple snails do which make them better suited for nippy tank mates.

Is there any kind of snail that won't, you know, become 1 bajillion snails over time?
I know most snails seem to be able to multiply like crazy from what I understand.

Sweet, guess I better do some reading on them then.
How big they get, if they will be fine with my bottom feeder food/algae tablets/etc....

I had a big snail once, and never saw babys. But then my tiger oscar may have had something to do with that, I am not sure, lol.
