I was snapping a few pics of the gibberosa wigglers this afternoon and their dad was very interested in what I was doing and he kept coming by to check out the situtation. I made the image size larger in case anyone wanted to click on the image to see the wigglers better.

The alpha is my largest and his is probably between 10 and 12 inches in length (without the trailers). The beta is next at approx. 8 to 9 inches (he's a good two to three inches smaller than the alpha). The biggest female is about 7+ inches and the rest of the females are 1 to 2 inches smaller than her.

One of these days I need to measure the alpha and the beta.

The eggs are about the same size as chickpeas, not surprising they only produce a few at a time.
