but very inefficient at gathering the usernames that accompany them....

What you do is compare the ip's from here and the meter site (which are logged either way), and with a simple automated script it'll be pretty easy (I mean come on, people who phish are not that stupid ). Though it won't work if you use a different proxy on 2 different sites, but that's being paranoid more than keeping it secure.
