Yes, there is a serious problem here. Last year I had one 10g tank, gravel bottom, no lights, pretty empty really. Now I have three, plus the 35g and 75g and various containers. Plants in most of the tanks, most of which came from the classifieds here. Now I'm getting a bunch of air pumps from the Ultimate RAOK, I don't need them for all my tanks, so I'm probably going to at some point decide I need tanks for those air pumps to go in. And those tanks are going to need plants and fish.

Honestly, this site is costing me money, and taking up tons of space in my house. Enablers, that's what you are. Letting my addiction progress nearly out of control. When I have 300 tanks and people are calling me "that crazy fish lady" it'll be your fault. I take no blame for myself. It's all on the folks here that keep giving me info on how to take care of my tanks properly, thereby preventing me from inadvertently killing my fish and giving up out of frustration.

Oh, the cruelty of it all.

Time to go check the classifieds for deals again. :D

Boohoo! xD

just give it time you'll find out how really sick us long timers are,..lol....ps i'm really a 3 yearer,.. but i have had practice in all other animals and land critters large and small, first,...
as to my signature of fish the final frontier,...lol......lol...:help::eek::evil_lol:

Hahahaha I've only been on AC for a short while and it's already starting to get me as well. I was perfectly fine with fake plants until now... I'm upgrading lights on both my tanks and looking to start a third (small invert tank) soon.

I agree with paperdragon. AC has cost me a lot of money. What I thought would be a $300 investment in a tank has turned out to be well over $1k.

Hmmmmm...interesting....I thought we already called you that???

Oh, i was not supposed to post that on the open forum????? Woopsy....

Hey, ya need some more guppies? I've got some fry that's starting to color up. ;)

I got an awesome deal on craigslist for one of my tanks a while back and thought it would be an easy cheap project since it came with everything and i'm a "poor college student". Hmmm not the case, I'd rather not count the extra money I've spent. "Hmmm...use money for rent or for fish tanks... that's a rough decision ".
