do you think it could have something to do with the fact that i added gravel 2 days ago? do you think i should buy Bio-spira?
I can't imagine gravel messing up things too much. There is a slight chance that you covered some formerly aerobic bacteria into anaerobic conditions, but I imagine that would be slight, and I also imagine the nitrite converters would be harder hit for some reason...

i just came back from the store (they were almost closing, so i had to hurry up). I bought Bio-spira. I didnt have to pay anything because I had credit at the store

What's the pH and KH of your tank right now? Sometimes in soft water conditions it's necessary to do a water change (or several) throughout the fishless cycling process to replenish the water's buffer.
Don't panic, 6.4 isn't terrible. Do a 50%-75% water change, remember to dechlorinate. After you change the water, replenish your ammonia dose. Turn your filters off while you change water, although it's fairly intuitive since the water level will be so low that the filter will be struggling.
