Okay, so they made her more attractive... I don't see the issue or why people are making it one. The argument, since it doesn't really have too much solid ground, could be taken to the extreme in either direction. The folks are trying to sell a product and are using that as a means to potentially extend that. The girl isn't naked or anything like that. Heck, the only thing you could argue for is that it is perpetuating a general trend toward idealization of the human body. Most people exposed to the real world realize that (and don't necessarily gravitate toward that), however, so that potential outcome is a bit insulting to most people. Too many directions, so little good reason.
