They clicked!!!

I loved it when my clown loaches clicked as they ate their food. (especially when they were swimming upside down and taking flakes off the surface of the water) They'd even do it if they got into a real heated fight. I missed that joy of feeding time until just last night (since I gave away my clown loaches a while back) when I realized that my new synodontis nigriventris do it too! It was hillarious watching the poor guy trying to get a small pellet I had put into my breeder net (for my cherry shrimp) and just sitting there clicking at it for a good 5 minutes.

Lupin.. what do you mean pellet foods? I feed brine shrimp pellets and earthworm pellets, is that what ya mean? They get algae wafers too, and i usually do frozen food every night... and i'm *trying* to get them to just taste the veggies. No luck yet.

Granny... I have B. Dario. Aka bengal or queen loaches. IDK if they're compatable with your 55 tankmates. But heres a linky on botia loaches

Gato... lol. poor guy. sounds very frustrating for him and amusing for you!

No, I meant tablets in the first place. Sera O-nip is one. I used it on my loaches and they click loudly but they also click when I used shrimp pellets.

oops. I meant tablet...

Anyways, thanks for the idea! Those look interesting. Maybe next time I need food I'll try 'em (i've got like 6 kinds of food, not counting frozen, right now.)

sweet, thanks Lupin. I will.
