Thinking about buying an FX5 have a question

So I did a search on ebay for an FX5. I found a power seller with 4200+ feedback and a 99.6%. They are called Pond Passions Outlet and I see in their feedback they've sold alot of FX5's.

The price is $199.95 with free shipping.

My question is why is this ebay auction so much cheaper than say Ken's Fish website. They sell the FX5 for $339.99 and you have to pay shipping. Thats nearly twice as much

Anyone have insite on this? Is the ebay dealer selling refurbs and claiming they are new? What gives? lol

I dont remember the person whom I got mine from, but I bought my FX5 from Ebay for $200 shipped... over a year ago, sealed box with a warranty.

I might have got it from these guys, but they dont have any for sale now..

I have gotten 2 off of ebay looked brand new and no issues. Also bought one from an online aquarium vendor for $220 with media.
