So i have been tossing around the idea of setting my 29G (standard size) as a paladrium with some water (running waterfall) and and mostly land area.Im up to just about any ideas.I have some geckos already and would like something different.

I have thought frogs would be cool but i since this will be in an upstairs room during the summer it will get a little hot in the 90's.If I do get a frog, I would like one that doesn't require fruit flys or anything special besides crickets.

I was looking at terrestrial crabs too. They seem rather hardly and really easy to feed but would they be good in the heat and humidity?I was looking at vampire crabs. Can they breed in captivity?

I would like to keep the lighting at CFL's and humidity around 80 or higher.I'm sure i can make some accomodations if there is something really neat.

I don't want any creepy crawlies, i ahve enough of those already loose in the house.:silly:
I just don't know everything thats out there so im asking for some suggestions.:werd:

I know you said you already had geckos but I would keep a pair of Lygodactylus williamsi if I made a tank like that. :)

you might have to make some changes to the tank setup, but i would go with....... Mudskippers!

Vampire crabs can breed in captivity, and with almost NO water

but I dont know how touchy they are other than that
