Thanks! Lol, it's not as great as what I thought, but it's not bad. The stand more or less needs completely redone, the plumbing had some leaks so the bottom 2x4s are moldy and falling apart. I probably could have filled half a 5 gallon bucket with salt creep lol. But the tank is in good shape, came with plenty of aiptasia covered live rock(which is now dead)

The swc skimmer motor is burned out, the lfs owner has the same skimmer in his personal tank, he said it had bad restart issues even when new so ill have to get that figured out.

I plan on building the stand higher and running the sump on the opposite side of the wall of where the tank will be. Now for some crappy pics!

Is this good growth for a year? I have a feeling it's not, I've been looking at growth pics on rc and after seeing sps pieces triple in size in a few months.

Obviously sps versus zoas aren't exactly the same, but I feel like I've almost wasted my time with a 3 bulb fixture.

Not bad but for zoas it is fairly slow IME. 3 to 4 polyp frags are easily that size or larger within a few months in my tank assuming the frag is glued down well.

From the color change there is evidence that they might benefit from a little more light. No reason to toss in the towel on the bulbs. Some corals just take a little while ti hit a groove and take off from there.

The rock was added to the tank last January I believe, whatever day the bengals lost their playoff game to the texans ugh lol, they started out strong then kinda hit a wall, I just kinda think it's not enough light overall for the tank.

I'm anxious to get everything into the 120 and get some real lights over it!

So I'll be moving this tank in a week or two, would it be best to remove all the sand and make it bare bottom when I get it to the new place? I'll be moving it into the 120 in the not too distant future.
