Thinking about switching to salt...

I got the cube all cleaned up last night, I also found out bristle worms still sting even when they are dead. I accidentally picked up one when I was cleaning out the filter. It itched pretty good, I can see how a big one would hurt.

Hopefully I'll get it set up this weekend!

could you, for the benefit of us noobs, give the names of these creatures with the photos? It's a little hard to dash into your lfs and tell the boss "I want one of RN's Little New Guys, nao!" without him looking at you funny.

Funnier than he normally does even. :)

Haha I can try, is there anything specific that you want to know about?

the name (species, type whatever....not "George") of the gentleman in post 221 up there.

he is kewl. And lays flat on the ground. I have a grand total of 2 corals now and both started out up on rocks and wound up on the flat. Turbos just would NOT leave them be. Didn't pester them, just crawled up to them and bulldozed them off the edge of the cliff. So since I am resigned to everybody having to lay on the ground (I am hesitant about glue due to the tentative nature of the layout) I figure, relax to the inevitable. :)

Those would be plate corals, or fungia, just depends on who you ask. I believe they are they short tentacle variety.

What kind are yours?
