ah, i see. definitely not what i was looking at. from a quick browse over, i can almost see why you'd be willing to give up. needs some tweaking to be more specific in areas IMO, but not the worst bill i've seen lately. dunno about a class 1 misdemeanor across the board, either...any petitions you know of?
