I've been looking for a deal for quite some time now and here it is.
30' Owens woodie, twin 318's, 42 inch plasma, heat/ac, running water, and a queen bed!

Sweet! You should just live on the boat! :D

The tv is the most important part of the boat, the value of the tv is higher than the purchase price of the boat that it came with.

The slip fee is 150 a month, which includes electricity and fresh water.

Which translates to some pretty cheap rent with utilities included if my wife goes nutz anytime soon.

I forgot to mention the mini fridge and two burner stove. (I'm a barbecue kinda guy anyway)

Nice!! You could do a lot of fishin'.....:lipssealedsmilie:

I already have an older (1988) Bayliner Trophy hunter to do the fishin' from. It's geared to catch fish and thats about it. This boat probably wont be moving a whole lot due to it gets about 2-3 gpm. (gallons per mile) More of a floating apartment that can be relocated if I dont manage to get along well with the neighbors.
