I have good surface movement from my AC 300s. I agree, it seemed as if O2 defeciency for whatever reason was playing a part but I don't think it was due to lack of surface agitation or flow. Funny you mention the shrimp pellets. I dropped 6 or 7 in the tank a few nights before the pl@co died. Probably the second time I had done this in 6 months. I do give the other fish frozen brine shrimp from time to time but the pl@co never showed interest.
BK it was a whole coconut! Do you think? I'm still convinced I killed that poor fish with a coconut. Go figure!!!
