does anyone know whats up and how to treat this sore? ive tried an anti internal bacteria treatment, which seems to work but only for a short period. cheers

It dose look like a burn, maybe from your heater??? If so she should recover with the aid of water conditioners like Bio coat or something similar that promotes their slime coat and ups their immune system...hope that helps...
