I had to buy a tank for an aggressive chines algae eater. I only had the space for a 10 gallon. I heard that tiger barbs do well with chinese algae eaters. So, how many can I put in a 10 gallon planted tank? The profile on this website said that tiger barbs were fine in a 10 gallon tank. Any thoughts?

I am keeping a school of about 8 in my 20 when I go get the others from the shop I thought that was a big enough school for the whole tank I would get at least three for a group of them otherwise one will be killed by the picking they do to each other.
