Tiger Shrimp

how long have the cherries been saddled? what and how much are you feeding? You had the one berried mama have babies right?

the tigers would be more visible on a darker substrate, i have mine on flourite (mixed reds and blacks) and have a hard time seeing them sometimes. I think an even darker substrate would make them pop more.

How old / large are your cherries?

I doubt its size because i allready had one give birth(answer to your questioin rachel) and i feed algae wafers 1/4th of one every other day and sometimes i skip the other day so sometimes its 2 days between feedings...so wat could it be???

try mixing up their diet a little bit. Maybe some flake or a shrimp pellet mixed into the rotation.

To answer your question Newb, they are subadults.

Gotcha Rach. I agree, vary their diet and be patient. You'll have more than you know what to do with soon enough. ;)

How much flake food should i feed and should i crumble it up or what should i do...?

***They also have some leaf litter in there...***

bb, just take a flake and crumple it up, you can even push it under water for it to sink faster for them.

I keep my tigers in 7.4ish and they do fine, but they are more particular to pH than neocaridina. Once you get your pH and kh test kits we will be able to tell you better how they would do in your source water.

So i should get a ph and kh test kit first right...
