Tiger Shrimp

hey,
im goin to buy some tiger shrimp and i was wondering if any one has had any luck with them. i would like to know everything that you know about them.

They require the same environment as crystal red shrimp.. low ph and soft water. ADA soil should do the trick with R/O water and almond leaves. I had tiger shrimp without the preferred details above and they lived for about half a year, they got berried, but I never saw baby tigers.
