Tiny white curly things??

A liquid. It comes in various sized bottles, that must be refrigerated. I buy the 15 ounce size because I can't convince my wife to let me keep a gallon of green goo in the refrigerator next to the milk 
It must be agitated at least once a week, and before feeding. I feed an ounce to my 125 every other day or so.
