That looks like it..BUT HONESTLY, those prices are SKY HIGH. Look in the DIY Section of TpT you can build one for less that 80$
You will also need a .99 diffuser (ebay) and some co2 proof Tubing.

I also read online that the check valve for c02 should be metal to last longer and i need to get little rings to make a better seal on the regulator

what specifically am i looking for in the tubing to make sure its c02 proof? color? or thickness?

Go to ebay and type Co2 Tubing (catagory Aquaiums) All of it is Co2 Proof, you can get 10ft for 2.99

No Problem...Find yourself a LOCAL fire extinguisher company, and they will refill those PaintBall Co2 canisters.
