tired of messing with CO2

at slightly below 2 wpg you should be fine with no CO2 if you see algae issues either reduce photo period or add excel.
most of my tanks are at the 2wpg light scheme and none are running CO2.. I just started adding Excel as recommended by tom Barr.
this is mostly to add a bit of carbon and help keep hair algae at bay
currently it is only a light infestation of my tanks.

dwarf hairgrass is the only plant I see which may pose a problem.
 
Agreed the DHG is the only plant on your list that needs a high techish setup.
remove the DHG and reduce lighting period to 6-7 hours to keep algae at bay.
No need for co2, just fert with flourish once a week.
 
Thanks so much for all your input everybody! From what some of you have said about the hairgrass, I don't understand why drsfoster&smith would include it in their low-medium light package. I don't mind getting rid of it; it's my least favorite plant anyways.
