To Ban me or not to Ban me?

I don't think Slip will (or should) do it. Well at least not due to this thread. Another thread NT posted proved that the oppinions of the members do not outweigh those of the administration. I am in no way saying our oppinions do not matter, just that the admins have the final say. (thats a good thing folks). From the same thread mentioned above

It is very obvious you have little respect for anyone except yourself. Why not try a different approach? Why not try more subtle sarcasm and satire in your posts? I get as frustrated as anyone with what I find are stupid questions, but people really do come here for help and ask advice, so, they're already on the right path. A post dripping with sarcasm and disdain as well as good advice is more likely to be ignored than one with just the good advice. So, your attitude could actually be hurting people who were honestly seeking help rather than helping them enjoy the hobby more. And for what? A little self gratification in some snide remark.
If you feel so compelled as to make this poll, if you feel so opressed and stifled by the mods here, do us a favor and just go somewhere else already instead of posting more useless crap about how mean those awful mods are to you. Thanks.

I don't think there is a plurality either... but I see it as yes or no, with the last three options as no.

Now, once a member reaches a state where there posts have to be moderated before the general public can see them, it's time to drop that member. I see that as a vote saying "goodbye"... Furthermore, if a mod has to edit all of a user's posts, once again, it is time to say, "goodbye"..

I think the idea of voting on a ban is assinine, but I wasn't the one that brought it up. He made this thread, thinking the members here would rally to his side and stand against the evil tyrant named Onion. Well, I'm happy to inform him that Onion is probably the single greatest asset this board has ever offered the fishkeeping public. A lot of people thought I knew what I was talking about back when I posted here, but she always managed to awe me with the size of her brain. She also has a good feel for the mod thing, and very seldom makes a mistake. If I'd listened to her a bit, I'd still be modding here instead of in my self-imposed exile. Onion is, as we say around here, good people. And if she says this guy is a bad egg, I'm gonna believe her.
