I'd like to get some opinions on whether or not to add any clean up crew to the "love shack".

It's a 34 gal (currently in stinky prawn stage) and it's going to be home to just my 2 Banggai Cardinals so that they can make lots of babies in peace. It will have about 21kgs of live rock and will be bare bottom.

I'm thinking no to clean up crew but for one reason only - I've gone bare bottom so that if the eggs get dropped, I'll be able to see them and put them in a hatchery, my thinking being that if I had any sort of clean up crew - they'd eat them!!!!

Would love to know your thoughts and theories!!!!

maybe some shrimp that are peacfull and like LR?, that way they stay on the rock and away from the bare bottom where yur eggs might fall? and they could scavage your rocks and keep them clean, i bet ya i am way wrong, but i posted this so i could be corrected, and if i am right then u can use it as a suggestion, if i am wrong then ignore it and i will use it as a learning exsperiance!!,
Thanks,
Shane

I voted yes to keep your glass clean at the very least...but maybe someone with breeding experience (that I have zero of) knows better

I take it you're thinking snails then Grins???

Guppy don't worry - that's how we all learn. We'll go for the majority vote!!!
