too many tanks!

"Hello, my name is *SlipGate* and I am a Tankaholic" <hehe>

I'm no expert (and don't play one on the TV) but it sounds pretty hopeless. It's like yer on CRACK!
And I can't imagine doing WWC on 6-8 tanks...must take most all of Saturday!!! ;-)

It wouldn't happen without the python. All tanks accept the saltwater tanks that get RO water use the python.

This is a classic case of MTS or more commonly called Malyasian Trumpet Snail. Errrr I mean, Multiple Tank Syndrome. It is cured by taking deep breaths, slowing down to appreciate all of your tanks, and a glass of wine per day.

It's a sickness. I have six fish tanks, a pond with goldfish that I dug and lined myself, and just yesterday I bought a female betta. Just in case she didn't like the 29 gallon tank I put her in, I also bought a small heater so I could set her up in a huge flower vase that I have sitting empty in my basement. All day long I have been pondering how I would decorate that big vase, "just in case". If my dh comes home and sees yet another vessel holding fish he is going to throw me out of the house. LOL

I would consider myself lucky to have that many tanks. I am severly limited in my number of tanks by my parents....

My case requires scotch. With 10 tanks running and 6 waiting to find room for them wine would not suffice.

:nilly:

About 2 years in and I have 7 tanks. We (including my girlfriends tanks) have 13 in the house set up. This does not include the 6 empty tanks. The tanks range in size from 1 gallon to 75 gallons. MTS?? Whats that??

I have that, but thankfully my parents are putting an end to it. By the end of next year I will have 2, maybe 3 tanks. A 75, 20long, and 10gal.
