In my 60 gallon wide i do 15% water changes every other day. It houses three one inch convicts and three two inch parrot fish. I have an 80g marineland HOB, a 20g HOB and a powerhead for circulation. Is there anything wrong with performing frequent water changes like this?

Not a thing. In fact, it's very good to do several small water changes more frequently, than to do larger changes less frequently.

However, with as few fish as you have in the 60g, and as small as they are, it certainly isn't necessary. But if you're willing to do it, your fish certainly won't complain!

I always treat and age my water, im hoping it may trigger breeding as well, the fish seem to court each other more after each water change. How long before these six fish outgrow my tank?

Your convicts won't outgrow it, though you may need to ditch one male due to aggression.

Not sure about the parrots. I've never had them, and am not sure how quick they grow.

Well you definitely not hurting anything. But i would say it is not necessary.

I don't think there is such a thing as too many water changes. In the wild the water changes all the time, whether it be a stream or a lake, so I don't think you're doing anything wrong :)
