In my 60 gallon wide i do 15% water changes every other day. It houses three one inch convicts and three two inch parrot fish. I have an 80g marineland HOB, a 20g HOB and a powerhead for circulation. Is there anything wrong with performing frequent water changes like this?
Not a thing. In fact, it's very good to do several small water changes more frequently, than to do larger changes less frequently.
However, with as few fish as you have in the 60g, and as small as they are, it certainly isn't necessary. But if you're willing to do it, your fish certainly won't complain!
As long as the water is treated before you put it in then the fresher the water the better. If you don't use a water conditioner then you might be puting low levels of chlorine in the tank every time which can irritate the scales and gills of the fish. But if you use conditioner it's all good.
I always treat and age my water, im hoping it may trigger breeding as well, the fish seem to court each other more after each water change. How long before these six fish outgrow my tank?

I don't think there is such a thing as too many water changes. In the wild the water changes all the time, whether it be a stream or a lake, so I don't think you're doing anything wrong
