too much copper safe

Accidently put too much copper safe in fresh water tank for ick.One c.loach still has ick.Seachem copper test shows 0.7 copper.reg tests ok.Has this stuff ruined my gravel,ornaments,&fake plants?Fish seem ok.but pleco wont clean,not that there is anything to clean.please advise.Thank you prissy

do a 50% water change now and another 25% in about 4 or 5 days. If you have the ability to run a carbon media do that. Do another 25% in a week and monitor your readings.
