Too much flow

I have a 125 gal. with frontosas. There's an undergravel filter with 2 lift tubes. Power heads are 2 maxi jet 1200's. I also have a Fluval FX5. The powerheads seem to really pull alot of water through them. Is this to much flow for the biological wellness of the gravel over my UGF plates?

probably a mute point.

there will be beneficial bacteria in the ugf but you will also house a substantial quantity of beneficial bacteria in the fluval.
