too much salt

i need some help with my salt, its risen to 1.023, how can i bring it back to 1.022. and is there a buffer zone for the salt or is 1.023 to much for marine?

1.020 to 1.025 is a decent range I was told.

If you have any invertebrates, it should be in the 1.023-1.026 range anyway.

i dont know if my hydrometer working correctly, the needle keeps falling back down, one minutes its at 1.022 then its at 1.010, so i bought a new one today the Instant Ocean, but it say to let it soak in saltwater for 48hrs.

Iam letting soak in the tank, and seems to read 1.021.
